not everyone calls blonde people stupid so its some people. this is called stereotyping, which people often don't take seriously. they usually just joke about it, a reason why blonde jokes exist. most race has a so called reputation, such as asians being bad drivers (which is unfortunately quite true in most situation), black people being good at basketball or being able to rap, etc.
