Try not to use a lot of heat on the hair(like the days you are not doing anything-let it dry naturally)Comb when wet, never brush. When you do dry the hair-make sure the hairdryer is not real close to the hair shaft.Never use metal brushes-they style well-but cause damage.Use a shampoo that is moisturising(like Paul Mitchell instant moisture)Use a treatment on it,after washing.Leave it on for like 15 mins with a towl wrapped around-to keep the heat in.A good one is Paul Mitchell instant repair-it is for over processed hair.Give the products a couple of weeks to work.Bare in mind-one product suits one person-and not another-so you may have to do a little bit of persivering.
Before you style-spray in a heat protecting spray.Get as much cut off,as you can, with a good hair stylist. Also some hair stylists, will do an intensive dry trim(its where they go up the hair shaft, cutting the short damaged parts of the hair, that has already broken off through breakage)
If you were to colour it brown-you would have to have it pre-pigged(its where they add warmth to it-to stop it going green)As you cannot just colour over blonde hair with a brown colour. After they have pre-pigged-they will then apply the brown colour. It will be best if the brown colour is a semi-as they grab better on the hair-than a perminant-when the hair is damaged. They will have to aggitiate it in really well,to get even coverage. It will need doing in 4-6weeks,depending on how much it fades(that depends on the porousity of your hair)The hair will shine more, with a darker colour-as blonde hair does not reflect the light very well.Slowly but surely your hair will begin to get into better condition-it will take time though-as long hair is fragile.Hope this helps!

DO NOT USE HOT OIL TREATMENTS. Your hair is fragile right now from being bleached and when hair is already quite fragile hot oil can do more damage. Use any of the following:
Cholesterol
Conditioning Treatments
Olive Oil
Leaving your normal conditioner in for a longer amount of time in the shower.
Only using combs that dont rip out your hair (NO METAL).
Avoid Chlorine.
And YES you absolutely may dye your hair with a good conditioning color (like garnier nutrisse or herbal essences or loreal color spa if you want a semi permanent.) A good conditioning color after a bleaching is actually one of the best things to do.

your best bet is a cholesterol treatment. And yes you can use a hot oil treatment. Just buy the kind that heats in the shower so that it is not real hot. You could also put a deap conditioner on your hair and leave it in for quite sometime. Like put it in then get out of the shower and leave it for twenty minutes or so before rinsing. The egg yoke thing works pretty well also. Two last suggestions. Wash your hair with beer and or rain water. Both have a conditioning effect. (as long as you don't live in a really polluted area)

Don't brush your hair when its wet. Use a wide toothed comb. After my last bleach, my hair was really damaged and I used Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm. It worked pretty good.

At this point I think you should get it cut. Cutting will remove a lot of the damaged hair. Go to a Salon and get them to apply a deep, penetrating conditioner.

deep conditioning treatments and Anti-Snap by Redken before blowdry .
don't color it darker unless you dont like the blond and then use a semi permanent color at a professional salon.
DON'T BRUSH IT you need to use a wide tooth comb and only when you have conditioner in it, finger comb it when you get out of the shower.

a million) Dye it a darker coloration. Darker hair dye does not injury (terrific lightening, aka bleaching damages) & darker hair incredibly does make your hair look in good shape. 2) decrease your decrease up ends. in case you do no longer, they are going to maintain splitting up. you will understand how so plenty in good shape your hair will look and picture at the same time as you decrease them. 3) do no longer wash your hair daily, this dries out your hair. attempt each and each diverse day, or each and each 3 days. 4) After your bathe, placed coconut or moraccain oil to your hair for moisture. 5) Take conditioner, and olive oil, placed section olive oil & section conditioner in a bowl and combine them up. positioned it to your hair for thus long as you will, then bathe. Your hair would desire to no longer be dry. 6) do no longer use warmth on it, curling & straightening hair dries it out. i admire a hair conditioning therapy you will stumble on at Sally's attractiveness grant. it rather is common as ION. BTW, do no longer pass to a salon for loss of life your hair. They over fee. Use a container dye from walmart, or pass to Sally's and get the ION coloration & developer. they are all low fee.. i take advantage of that and that i strongly propose it.

I bleached my hair twice. Depending on your hair texture I guess it varies. I'm black and I use oil sheen. The key thing is keeping your hair mostuized. So find some hair moisturizer to put in your hair.

you need to cut off the ends. then do hot oil treatments on it. also use a gentle shampoo and keep using deep conditioner. if you dye it you are taking the risk of all your breaking and have to cut it short.
