an emotional person or a sensitive person delicate at heart

A nut case. If you are truly in control of your emotions even on the lower end you will know the appropriate time to cry. I wouldn't call it being over-sensitive because if you are crying about everything you are emotionally in distress and you may need professional help. Of course you are most likely exaggerating the profile in question.

You can't call that anything. It is the person. What do you call someone who doesn't cry at anything? You call them a human being, who is not like anyone else. The same thing you would call yourself but different from everyone else. You are a unique one. And it is not WHAT would you call that. It is WHO would you call that. A human being is the answer. And there is nothing wrong with being human. You are not the only one.

She's just over emotional and has a really soft heart. A lot of people cry when they are happy and sad.

A crier. I joke with my hubby that I'm an emotional trainwreck and my punchline for any jokes crying applies to is "'Cause I'm a crier." I also use "'Cause I'm a bleeder" if I'm injured. I like the humor in the simplicity.

Someone with a severe hormonal imbalance....get some prozac! Not being mean, just know this helps. If this person spends all this time crying, when does he/she have time to laugh?

She is suffering from "over-emotional" disease. Be lucky she isnt overly emotional in a negative sense. Just forget about it and let her cry.
