When we are young, especially if we have had no one fill us in, we all think we are the only person in the whole world who knows about it! Big dark secret!! Then, slowly, we learn that everyone does it...well, 95% does it, the other 5% are liars. And I think that most continue till the day they die..sometimes it is just easier than making love. Big deal.

I don't know of any guys that haven't masturbated. As for girls, though, I know several that haven't, and I do not question their honesty on the subject.
So I guess every man does it, and many - if not most - women do it as well.
