You can treat the bad breath with all the other suggestions, but you need to treat the cause. How long has it been since you had a professional cleaning? Can you see a yellow crust on the inside of your lower front teeth? If you answered over 6 months, then you need one. If you also answered yes about the yellow stuff, then that is the cause. You have buildup on your teeth and under your gums that give off an odor.

A lot of times people have bad breath, they do not drink enough water. So my biggest suggestion is to drink more water. Other than that just brush you teeth more often maybe, or keep gum with you.
I hope this helps : )

A tongue cleaner. You can find them next to the toothbrushes in any store. They remove the extra sulfur caught on the tongue.
Refrain from too many starchy food like bagels and pasta in between brushings they are a lesser known culprit of bad breath.
Don't forget to brush at least twice, and floss and rinse with mouthwash every day. Wow I feel like mom now.

brush your teeth, use mouthwash and floss, use mints, and drink lots of water becuase this will allow you to get rid of bad bacteria in your mouth. Also avoid drinking lots of coffee with milk because that can cause bad breath too. also try cleaning your toung with your toothbrush (brushing your tounge) because this gets rid of the build up on ur tounge that can cause bad breath

Hang out with people with worse breath. Smokers are easy targets.
That way, when somebody comments on your bad breath, you can say something like, "You think my breath is bad? Check out this guy's!"
