No, indeed...when I was about fifteen, Beth Henley (a junior in high school who was one of the cheerleaders) dove off the high dive, and popped up the ladder without her top and her bikini bottom about halfway to her knees...all the guys there just about made the pool overflow. (We figured she had bought a bikini that was a little too large...she never wore it again.) We used to tease her about it a little bit..."Hey Beth..when you gonna wear that red bikini again?" till she got mad and slapped the piss outa my best friend.

Usually, yes. But a man can ejaculate without touching himself if he fantasizes hard enough. But that would be unlikely to happen.
Anyway, don't worry about getting preggers in the pool. The chlorine would kill sperm, and even if it were in untreated water, it's VERY unlikely that any could impregnate a female swimmer.
