NIV Psalm 117:1 Praise the LORD, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples.
2 For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever. Praise the LORD. Jude is one of the shorter books but not the shortest chapter.

2nd and 3rd John are running real close. I don't think. I know. I'm looking at it. Jude is over a page and 2nd and 3rd John (just before Jude, just before Revelations) , are less than half a page each in my fine print King James. Definately 2nd or 3rd John. You can count the words and see which is actually shortest.
