The reason I'm asking is because ever since I moved, I don't have much to do beside training in Muay Thai and boxing. So I usually do some weight work out for about two hours, shadow boxing and bag work for a hour and half then a hour and half of Muay Thai class then a hour and half of boxing. both class also focus some on work out which is very intense.

Very often after doing all of that, I still get urge to continue and feel great.

before that I only train for Muay Thai under a instructor that wasn't as intense. I alway feel so tired when I train under him. However with all this new schedule, I alway feel full of energy, much happier, and able to work out much harder and longer. I also gained two lbs in two weeks that I've been training at this gym.

I'm wondering if I'm overdoing it or not?

beside fitness, I usually swim, walk around downcity or forest, and read.

I switch between arms, legs, and chest/abs to give the part I work out perviously two days break. However I basically do bagwork and conditioning 5 days a week.

No I don't guess you could really over do it, your body likes working. That's what it's made for.

Don't do anything to hurt yourself, and if your do take it easy on it for awhile. Get enough sleep. And eat well, if your active you can eat anything because your body uses it or dumps it. Even if it's junk food your body will take what it needs and move rest on.
You doing karate I don't have to tell you to stretch. Sounds like you should be in great shape, try Tennis it's a good workout.
Gives you good hand to eye also, and a quick mind. That would help you in Karate. Do people throw punches or kicks 150mph?
Have Fun!!

Dude, your question is bull***t. No human being can work out that much. It's physically impossible. Aside from that, there's not enough hours in the day. Don't you have a job, or do people pay you to work out?

it's like you're training for competition. when you do weights make sure you're giving your muscles a break by doing a different muscle group each day. what else are you doing besides fitness a large part of the day?

If you are not injuring yourself, and giving yourself time to recover you are fine.
