To me, it sounds like a lot of kids. I really can't imagine being able to take care of 11 kids, but if your uncle is willing and able to do it, then I wish him all the luck and happiness in the world.

That is a lot of kids, but look at the Duggars from Ark. They had 18 the last time I heard and they haven't stopped yet either. They have been on TV a lot. They also have 2 sets of twins, so that means that she has been pregnant so far a total of 14 times. No miscarriages yet.

I just can't imagine being able to AFFORD 11 kids! I want to make sure all of my kids get the attention and care they deserve. If your uncle feels that it's not putting a financial burden on him and that he can devote an adequate amount of time to each child, then more power to him! :)

Too many. I doubt these kids get good quality attention , care , education or insurance from them. The older kids are in for a bad time, cos they might have to take care of the younger ones when their parents get old and can't support the younger ones. It's unfair to the older kids.

well its a lot to non-Asians i guess.. but that's pretty common in Asia. one of my ex bfs have the same number of siblings. one of my friends is named Silvry-- she was born on the parents' silver wedding anniversary-- the 17th in the family, no twins. your uncle actually needs 7 more kids to top that. they all have great singing voice, too-- most are members of the HS choir. most are good looking, too.
as far as education is concerned, they all graduated from college, most of them are dentists if im not mistaken, and are now in the US. life has been good to them.
see, living in Asia is easy. most goods are cheap, especially food. its about 10x cheaper. its easier to raise 17 kids here with all the comforts of life (cars, maids, drivers, more than enough money for education and food and house bills, etc) than anywhere in the world.

That is not your issue? As long as they care for them and love them what is your problem? Who authorized you to check and count on married couples children? I guess you now want the state to pass a law about the number of children!
I wonder if your uncle appreciates your dragging his personal home life on the the public Internet? Is it any of these peoples business?
No question, you have very serious personal issues.

Wow, that is a lot of kids!! When women get past their 30's, it becomes a health risk for the baby. I hope she has thought about that. Otherwise, good for them! If they can afford it and have room for them, that's great!!
