any time before 2 hrs before bed. though you can include yoga at bed time if it is calming balance poses and not something that gets the blood flowing too fast. you dont want to exercise right after eating either as it can upset your stomach.

in the a.m. to start the day off right! gets the heart pumping and blood flowing. I have found that an evening workout keeps me up so that i have a hard time falling asleep. Plus with morning workouts you are on the move during the day so it helps with minimizing the aches and pains!!

before you eat. you are more likely to burn the calories you just ate if your oven is still hot. working out warms up your body and increases your metabolism. Your less likely to hold onto the food. a little snack like an orange or 1/2 banana will help you make it through a 1-2 hour workout.

Any time of day you're going to do it consistently is the best time of day. A calorie burned is a calorie burned no matter what time of day you're burning them. If you tend to be really drowsy in the morning, you might want to exercise later in the day to decrease your chance of injury.
I personally exercise first thing in the morning because I know I won't do it if I've already showered and got my day going! :)

Working out in the morning helps to wake you up, gets your blood flowing. You might also build up a better appetite for a healthy breakfast as well.

not in the evening, you might be more stretched out already by then but the adrenalin will keep you wide awake. In the morning its a good thing to be awake and your muscles won't be so tight all day.

I do it in the morning so that it's done and over with. The last thing I want to do before going to bed is sweat.

As soon as you get up. You will burn twice the calories. Before my injury i used to get up every morning @ 5 and do my routine. It's easier to keep the wight off that way.
