The code doesnt work and i tryed it.I just need a downloading code that when you click on the button it pop's up with the downloading file program.I really need it for my site.

You have got to be joking, downloading/ uploading files forms the very basis of the web and NO way can it NOT work. To create a hyperlink the universal code is :

Is this an image file, a video file or something else? If it's an image file then you will need to host it yourself, it is not good to "hot link" to other people's sites. If you're talking about a YouTube video or some such file then you should be able to get the exact URL using VideoDownloader (with Firefox).
