Theres this one boy on my street he knows i like him and people tell me that kinda likes me. one of mine and hes friend came over and asked what i would say if the guy i like asked me out. i said i don't know... but now i don't know why i said that i would want to go out with him but my mom she doesn't like him.... i don't know what to do

one thing about your parents: they always have your best interests at heart. Especially your mom is not gonna lead her daughter down the wrong path romantically. The ugly truth is by the time you're an adult you're going to have had hundreds of crushes and dissapointments and will have probably broken some hearts along the way yourself. This just wont be that critical in the end, and you might save yourself a lot of trouble by just moving on.

If he asks you out you would say yes right so then you can tell your mom that if she doesn't like him that she will just have to learn to like him well that is what i would do i don't mean to make your mom mad or anything just tell her that once you get to know him he's not that bad.

Maybe you should take in consideration the reasons your mom doesn't like him, before you decide to go out with him. Believe it or not, alot of times, Mom really does know what's best.
