Definitely Subway. I have only had Quiznos once, but it was not good. I enjoy the variety at Subway. The sandwiches are so good. My favorite is the Turkey and Ham (toasted) with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cucumber. I don't need any sauces, it tastes great just the way it is.

Quiznos, no doubt. Subway is just so crappy where I live. Maybe it's the franchise owners (there's one couple that owns like half of the Subways in my town).

I prefer Subway, but that probably has something to do with the fact that I've never eaten at Quiznos before. :)

Quiznos in better but subway is cheaper and most of the time, price is my deciding vote.
