As a guy, a lady gets my attention if she comes up and introduces herself to me, if that akward you can always wear skimpy clothing, guys are suckers for sex appeal. You could also put yourself in a situation wear you need help, and ask the guy for his help, such "Do you know anything about changing oil? from their you starta conversation, and let nature take its course. good luck.
