well certainly you should immediately proceed to absolutely tear into the student and suspend them... which gives you an opportunity to discuss the situation with an administrator. There will be a meeting with the parents, and depending on the assessment of the student, they may be re-assigned to another teacher or to alternate educational arrangements. It's sexual assault so if it were an adult you'd be talking criminal charges. I guess it also depends on the student age. If it's a kindergartener, obviously I think it can be handled relatively quickly and without much pomp and circumastance... but if it's a high school sophomore, that's quite a serious matter. Definitely an administrator needs to be informed, preferably before the student returns to class.

Contact authorities immediatley! Dont let the situation escalate, that was the case with the guy convicted of JonBennay Ramsey's Murder, he targeted students that is how he got arrested! You could save your own and your classmates' lives!

Report the situation to the Principal as soon as it happens - call a conference with parents, student and teacher.

1) pretend it didn't happen
2) document it for future use (in case of later accusations)
3) report it to your supervisor, explain how uncomfortable it made you and request to have the student transferred to another class
You need to be very careful here. This is a situation that can turn nasty very fast. Good luck.

could I make a handbook? thank-you i could make it a standards that if a instructor is going to coach pupils' artwork on the wall of a hall way that they practice all the scholars in his/her type. do no longer discriminate. If available place that names on the decrease back. practice the artwork as an entire instead of singling pupils out. whether that's team challenge then you certainly could practice their names that way all get the comparable score. I practice pupils team initiatives continually they like it once you practice it off. that's a brilliant ethical booster.

first i feel as though the teacher should let him or her know that they were out of line and then i think that they should notify someone of higher authority so that the story won't get reversed notify the parents as well but tell the principal or acting person in charge befor things go further

Talk to the student to see if it could be a misunderstanding, then the parents and then the principal

Yikes. Steer clear obviously. Tell them that it is not appropriate and make sure you are not alone with this student.
