I believe that there is some danger of mercury contamination in all ocean fish.

You can buy "Tongol Tuna" at your natural foods store (about $2 a can) that is tested and shown to be mercury free.

i have heard this too. i would say it might be true, because they tell pregnant women to not eat too much of it (also shrimp and other seafood) - everything in moderation...
i love tuna and would eat it more often if i wasnt worried about the mercury.

I don't believe in that crap. I am addicted to tuna and eat tons of Salmon, Tuna, and Shrimps every week and so far nothing has happened to me yet.
