The thing people seem to forget is that God's time and ours isn't the same. And, so, who said that there wasn't life outside of Eden before Adam and Eve? I believe there was, and I also believe that there were people before them. After all, God told them to REpopulate the Earth, can't do that if it wasn't already populated before right?
I think that both Creation and Evolution exist.

These are questions that everyone that has faith has asked themselves. I know I have and truly its not the fact that the bible is written by man or that there were other things before man (even though in genesis it does say how god created all the animals before creating man) its the fact that people actually need something in their life to believe in. If you have faith then you have hope. When you have hope your life seems to be easier because you get the sensation that somehow everything will turn out okay. As to your question about not believing in science, that is not entirely true, many religious people believe in both their religion and science, and this comes from a profound faith and once you understand that whatever your religion has taught you about god in the end we are all trying to live out our lives the best possible way. Heaven is something to look forward to in order to forget the hideousness of death and live your life the right way, without hurting others and living happy. The thought of actually going to heaven and being able to think that one day you'll be able to see the virgin mary or jesus is awesome.

"Over dated"?? Did you just make that phrase up? Okay, first of all, it has never been proven that dinosaurs lived before man, Anyone who claims this is coming from an evolutionary presuppositional mindset and hasn't looked at the evidence. Did you know they have found dinosaur fossils with red blood cells still in them? Did you know that blood cells and DNA cannot live much past a few thousand years, if that?

No one has found "old figures" they find fossils and bones. They tend to put them together using a lot of artistic freedom. Have you noticed that a lot of people on earth look different?

We believe in science, God invented science. Did you know the majority of scientists who developed the scientific areas we study were Christians? We believe the Bible to be true in history, doctrine and ethics. There has not been one shred of evidence that has proven it otherwise.

Heaven and Hell are very real. Jesus spoke of both, Hell more so. I tend to believe Him since He has proven to be trustworthy in all areas. Do you have more knowledge of the spiritual realm than Jesus? If so, please share your wisdom with us all.

And, um, if I die and there is no Heaven or Hell, I won't notice anything because I will have ceased to exist, and how would you be able to react in any way since you will not be present when I pass to the other side?

Oh, by the way, try the spell checker, makes your silly posts much easier to decipher, thank you.

Didn't take time to read your WHOLE rant, but I have been listening to that and variations on it for more years than I care to admit to.
I would posit a question; how do you know they are lies. What empirical evidence is there ANYWHERE that they are lies.
As far as logic is concerned, it takes a great deal more faith, in my book, to believe that ALL of life just emerged from a primordial soup one day and poof, here we are.

A jocular fable
One day all of the scientist of the day came together to compare notes, as is the want of proper scientists.
During the course of their little gathering, they came to the undeniable conclusion that we (mankind) no longer have a need of God.
So they went to the religious community and asked for an audience with God.
On the appointed day, all were there, and they pointed their collective fingers toward God and declared that "....we no longer have need of you. You are out-moded and totally unnecessary. Why, we have even been able to create life, just as it is reported that you did." And with that they pretty well dismissed God.
God said "Is it so, that you can really creat a man?"
"Yes" they shouted. "We can prove it to you. We shall meet upon yonder hill at 6:00 am tomorrow and show you".
At the appointed time, sure enough all were present, and God said "Well we are all here. You may begin".
So the lead scientists came forth, and together they bent town and gathered some soil to begin.
God said "Whoa!! Stop. You have to use your own dirt!"

The Bible is 100% TRUE. One day, you'll see.

1. Man and dinosaur lived together at the same time. DUHHH
2. Man can have similar bone-structure to animals, it doesn't mean we are monkeys.
3. The Bible actually proves itself true. I mean, have you ever even read it. And by the way, science isn't all that great. Don't you know that Darwin went out to prove there was no God, and he found that there really was. Yeah, they don't tell you that in your stupid classes do they?
4. Heaven is real. Maybe one day if you accept Jesus Christ as your savior, you can live there forever! Wouldn't that be nice?

You have fun "LMAOing" when you die and come face to face with God. I wish you well, really, I do. I hope God has pity on you.

This question has been asked for thousands of years. Not just Christianity. What I've found is that you arguement is illogical. The Bible or any other religeous text may not be accurate or fit what you think it should be. This doesn't prove that there is no god or even gods.

You, in your arrogance, claim that there is no god. You have no proof. Just a guess. In a way, you are as closed minded as the most believing person.

Basically it's because of never ending brain-washing. For example all religious preachers just pump their one theory (God exists) down our throats.

When the science community makes a discovery or modifies a theory they publish a paper for all to view, speculate on, and debate. Invariably such discoveries open up our simplistic minds and expand our horizons. Examples would be the works of Einstein and Hawking, to name a very small sample.

So why do preachers have to continually pump their one theory (God exists) down our throats. Why do they stand on street corners and hand out leaflets, yell at passers by, gather huge crowds and push unsuspecting victims over in the belief they will be cured of whatever mental or physical ailment invades them, if they just believe in the theory of God.

Why can’t the believers of religious theory just behave in a decent manner, in much the same way as the scientific community does. The answer to all of these questions is simple. They know their theory of God is wrong, and saturation mental and verbal bombardment is the only way they can convince people, and they do it directly or indirectly for money.

The same reason you believe the lie that there is no God and that the Bible is just another book. It's what I know to be true from my own experience. I came to understand that God couldn't come to earth because He is in spirit form and cannot be connected with sin, and that He sent Himself to us in the form of a human, His Son Jesus. I realized what it meant to need a Savior, someone that could pay my debt to God for my not being sinless.

It's very good for you to question everything that is taught to you. People should spend their lives learning as much as they can, question things they don't understand and if you are lucky, you will come to some conclusions about life and religion. You may not get a satisfactory answer to every question you have. I believe there is a greater power in the world than we can understand. I choose to call this great power - god. You can call it.... whatever you want. Just don't ignore it.
