So bad spanish!!!!!
the correct way would be:
Sentimos molestarlo pero usted toca música constantemente produciendo una considerable contaminación sónica. No le pedimos que se vaya lejos con su música pero, por lo menos, que baje el volumen o de ser posible que cierre la puerta.
Se le agracece, Muchas gracias.

lower the music, basically. They ask in a very nice, formal, and polite way. They are simply saying that the music is a bit too loud (on a daily basis) and it's bothering them. The wording is a bit strange, however, it looks like they used a translation site.

We don't ask that you spinning far your music but requestion that you simply turn down you music or lower it. Even possibly closing your door.
Extremely apreciated. Thanks so much!
.... Ok, that is what it says, but some parts are kind of awkward, but it is still understandable.

This looks like a machine translation. It's very bad Spanish.
Anyhow, they don't like your loud music and ask you to do something about it.
