Wrong, Wrong, Wrong.......!! There is a lot more difference between your ages then just years. Its called maturity. He should be looking for girls closer to his age or he's a pervert. You might like the idea of an "older man" liking you, but he isn't a man if he is interested in you. Age isn't important only when you are both legal adults. Then if he is 1 or 100 years older go for it. You've had a chance to grow up and hopefully learned to be an adult.

liking is one thing doing else that is another.... don't go there. Think of it this way... it is illegal!!! until you are at least 16 depending on which state you live in. There is a good possibility he is on a hunt for fresh young meat and if that is all he wants... you can do better!!!! 17 is about your limit and that is pushing it.

It isn't a good idea. Usually a guy at that age is only after one thing, sex. After he gets it then he usually loses interest and moves on to his next conquest.
Find someone closer to your own age. I know that boys at your age are so imature but they are safer.

don't be in a hurry try just being friends for awhile. he may just want sex. you can't know with out waiting. Time will tell him intentions. if he likes you he will understand and wait for you to get older.
be friends for now and maybe later it will work out for the better
