My day starts at 5 in the morning; when I get home from school in the afternoon I'm completely exhausted and usually take a good 3 hour nap. NOT good considering I have to stay up 'til midnight or later to finish all the work I have to do. How do I keep my energy up to stay awake the whole day?

You're going to have to tough it out for about two days and not take any naps when you get home. Then around 9 pm go lay down and fall asleep. You might have to take some Tylenol PM if you can't fall asleep, but only for a day or two. That way you'll get 8 hours of sleep. It is really hard to go to bed early though.

I've found two things that boost my energy considerably.
Vitamin B-12, take 1 to 2 thousand milligrams daily. B-12 is destroyed by stomach acids so it is best taken in a melt in your mouth tablet form so it is absorbed directly into the blood stream.
Second, I take Co-Enzyme Q-10, 120mg daily.
These two items, available in most health food and supplement stores have returned to me at 51 the energy and vigor I had in my twenties. Good luck to you.

B vtamins! the body is so efficient in these and it's important to supply it. Vitamins b3, b6, and especially b12 are highly demanding of your body. don't be afraid that you might take too much. if you take in an eccess amount, you'll shed it in your urine.
