No, despite all we have learned about the human body, people are getting sicker younger. Over 85,000 new chemicals have been created since the last world war, including air fresheners and cleaning supplies. These chemicals create an inflammatory response in the body. Inflammation can lead to some serious diseases including heart attack.
Many diseases are caused by poor nutritional choices as well. People are eating a lot of fast food and pre-packaged foods which are loaded with salt and fat to make them taste good.
A relative of mine is in the hospital right now with congestive heart failure and adult onset diabetes. Every hospital in the city is overflowing with cardiac patients right now, in fact, there are people in the hallways being treated.for some serious heart ailments.
All of this is preventable through proper nutrition choices and we need to really work on reducing free radicals, inflammation, bacteria, acid and fungus through the use of phytonutrients, flavenoids and polysaccharides. Unfortunately most people do not take action with their health until it is too late.
