Ice should make the welt go down .If you think it might be something else.not sure how you got ask a doctor.

Hard to answer without more info. Is it from getting hit, then use ice. But if it's just a mass that's formed, go to your doctor and have it checked out.

You might have breast canser.You need to look in your history and background.Then you need to go see a doctor.If you have breast canser it's not good.A lot of woman have breast canser.And that's what it sounds like to me.
