My pitbull Kenzilinn will snore for example: I'll have the fan on low, and you can't even hear her. So then I decied to put the fan and air conditner on high..she snores 10 times louder so loud you wouldn't believe it. I think she either likes to hear her self or is out beating both the fan & air conditner. and also why does she grunt like a pig?

Pugs and some people snore too, and it is because there is a small flap of skin that hangs down in the back of the throat. When a person is heavy or also when they get older, the skin blocks the throat more. On the pug, the short face makes them have more problems getting air.
The snoring is probably waking up your dog, and when the fan and air conditioner are both running, she can't hear herself, and she probably is getting some much needed deep sleep.

The vet told me of a pug that was put to sleep, because the owner couldn't afford to get her airways opened up better. The dog couldn't sleep because she wouldn't get enough air, and this would wake her up. You might want to have your vet check out her breathing ability, because she might need surgery. When you dog grunts like a pig, she is trying to get a breathe of air.

probably due to the air flow and temp/humidity of the air ....
that's kind of funny -- my dog snores too.
