Im not sure about the medical assistant, except around here they only work in big hospitals.
The difference between an LPN and a CNA.....a LPN is a longer course in which they are licensed. They can do a lot more than a CNA and is usually in charge over the CNA.
The way I feel, the CNA does the dirty work. But the cna is the one that has the closer relationship with the patient/or the residents.
It depends on the state exactly the difference in Job descriptions

A nurse has far greater coaching, ideally a level, and gets paid leaps and obstacles greater beneficial than a scientific assistant. A scientific assistant does frequently place of work artwork. And merely FYI, a CNA (qualified nursing assistant) does what the nurses do no longer elect to=wipe butts, bathe, gown, and look after sufferers...very thankless and coffee paying job (are you able to tell i develop into one?) There are some vocational colleges accessible which you will get the two an LPN (approved sensible nurse) or RN (registered nurse=greater efficient) in a million/2 the time of faculty. Vocational colleges will keep you the time, money and aggravation you will get at a school. colleges require multiple crap instructions you do no longer could desire to be a nurse, yet they elect you to pay to get your degree. Get qualified by a great vocational college first. maximum employers will pay a solid nurse (with severe grades) to bypass to varsity to get a 4 3 hundred and sixty 5 days degree in nursing, and maximum faculties will settle for vocational credit (merely have a school in innovations and verify to work out if the vocational college has any circulate agreements with interior of sight colleges to ease the circulate of your credit).

all are underpaid for the type of work that they do...the LPN has the most schooling and is closer to RN licensure. the medical assistant and certified nurse assistant are entry level with no chance of advancement unless you get your License as an LPN or RN.
