I'd need to know alot more about the document, like date, etc. It may well have been declassified. There's lots on the internet that used to be classified but has since been declassed. What site did you get it from???

Either you're completely ignorant regarding computers or you always make no sense at all when you type/talk. How can Adobe download a Article 15 onto your computer??? First off, Adobe is a software maker so that right there tells you that would be pretty much impossible for them. Second, this most likely was in a e-mail or something outside their program obviously... assuming the Army hasn't changed that much since May last year when I got out, the Article 15 would be on Form Flow anyways, not Adobe. Anyways, best advice would be let someone who knows what they're doing take care of that for you... resolving it on a public answering website like this isn't the best idea if you have any intentions at all of getting anywhere in the military outside Fort Leavenworth, Kansas pounding big rocks into smaller rocks.

Art 32 covers investigations. Art 15 is a non-judicial proceeding, no investigation. A secret document will never to accessible to the public. Don't believe everything that is on the internet.

Well you probably meant a 15-6 investigation...not Art 15.

each unit must have a protection manager. call yours ASAP. in case you do not comprehend who he's, he's doing a piss unfavourable job. next decision is to call the MPs, who will in all probability get CID in touch. i'm no longer positive the way it really is even plausible except someone copied categorised onto some form of transportable media and purposely uploaded to an unclass equipment. even with the undeniable fact that, if it really is quite categorised, anticipate that your computer will be confiscated and the hardchronic wiped (there's a particular thanks to do this so the files is unrecoverable) or destroyed.

Go to S2 and report it.

Note: This is a mandatory report and you can be held criminally liable if you do not report it.

PS: Do not read it unless you are certain that you possess both the appropriate access level and a valid 'need to know.'

You are full of crap.

An Article 15 is considered non-judicial punishment, meaning that it is not considered a judicial proceeding. Non-judicial punishment is a military justice option available to commanders. It permits commanders to resolve allegations of minor misconduct against a soldier without resorting to higher forms of discipline, such as a court-martial.

Inform your immediate superior officer, if you trusted them. This may be a case of espionage. Or contact the FBI and ensure you and your family's safety wil be guaranteed.
