Yes. In fact, tater tots may be evidence that there is a God. God inspired someone to make tater tots because he knew that you would love them.

No, but He made man who can't really "create" anything, only manipulate what is already created.
I love that you posted this because my kids and I play the game, "Did Jesus make....." They are confused about what God made and what man made.
