Candida is yeast, not bacteria. White spots anywhere else? Thrush will cause white spots on your cheeks, palate, and throat as well as your tongue. If the spots are just on your tongue, I wouldn't worry about them unless you have some sort of symptoms like a sore throat or sore tongue.
Have you ever looked at the back of your tongue before? Most people have a lot of white pasty crap. It tends to be worse in the back because you can't clean back there (not without gagging anyway). The taste buds back there are also very large--those might be the nodules you are seeing.

Candida albicans is a yeast, not a bacteria. Treating with antibiotics could actually make it worse. Sounds like thrush from the description.

wat does it look like?
oral thrush is white, and as u said caused by candida
are u having diabetes?
if so, it may cause oral thrush .
are u immunocompromised? meaning feeling unwell all the time coz of bad immune system?
then candidiasis may b the thing.
otherwise it may be just a plaque, brush it off and see
is it painful? anyway bacteria does not causes a plauque as such. it causes throat infection.such as pharyngitis.
just may b a plaque if its painless. if it persists tho, go to a doc and see

You could have a yeast infection. I would go to the doctor and see what they say about it, they can do a swab and determine the type of bacteria and how to treat it.

Rather difficult to tell without an examination, a photograph, or a degree in medicine. Perhaps you should make an appointment at the local health clinic?
