obiously the gauy is feeling rejected in some way.....if you really like him then you should say sorry go for another movie and let him hold your hand.....it is certain that he likes you because he cared enough to stay in th movie to make sure you were fine even though he could have easily walked away.

He was trying to show affection!!!
He probably did feel rejected and probably also thought the same way you did and felt he had been dumped or he would have been later that night!
He was a gentleman not leaving you on your own even if he sat in row behind!
Only answer no on things you arent ready for like sex.
Holding hands is gentle and caring and makes us men feel good and proud as we would be holdong hands with the girl we love

You basically played the crap out of him by saying no when he wanted to hold your hand. Who wouldn't feel rejected if someone said no for that? Anyone, he had the right to sit in a row behind you because he probably felt, aside from being rejected, that you didn't have any feelings for him. At least he was nice enough to stay.

Your action was a rejection. I would have been insulted.
holding hands is a connection that is appropriate.
Again when asking such questions your age would be helpful and would change our answer . I don't think he'll ask you out again. I'm assuming you're an early teen.
the fact that he asked and all , he should have just taken it and if you pulled away, so should he.

It was the 2ND date...oh boy...i am guessing that you are 14 or so...it is OK to hold a guys hand if you want...since you do like him!!! Otherwise, he will feel you do not care for him...talk to him!!!

It is the simplest and most inocent form of affection that anyone can show. He probably felt that if he was not able to to something that inncent then you had no interest in him at all.
