I think I have a cat in my garage because theres cat prints all over the car. I've left the garage door open for a while so it would get out, but the next day I heard meowing in the garage. So I was thinking of feeding it something, but I don't have any cat food or meats around the house right now, so what should I feed it?

My gosh, how many days has it been? Sounds like you have been coming and going - stop at the store and buy some cat food or a can of tuna. It's obvious you're concerned, so spend a dollar or two. If you're not out and about, surely you have neighbors - someone in the neighborhood has a cat, and, hence, cat food - or a can of tuna in the pantry - or leftover chicken in the frig. And, please provide a bowl of water NOW.
Better yet, contact your local animal control/Humane Society - they are experts and they carry food in their trucks.

Wow, no kind of meat that is hard. Just don't give milk unless you mix alittle egg with it and only do that once or twice until you can get to the store. Or noodles with like beef or chicken broth. hopefully you have some soup? That would be better then milk, milk can cause severe runs and to much saliva that can choke a cat. Also cottage cheese is fine it's diffrent then milk.

Go to the grocery and get some kitten chow. more calories. also you dont know if it is a cat or kitten. either way the kitten chow is the best stay with the same brand so they wont get stomach upsets from change. Keep fresh water out for him or her.stay away from the milk till you find the cat or kitten . whole milk gives them diareah.. out side cats use more energy so give them kitten chow. cats need lots of protein

First youhave to figure out if you want to keep this kitty. I say this because if you feed it---it will feel like it has a new home and you will be it. Nothing wrong with adopting a stray. But, if you want it to go away...just leave the door open, it has to eat and drink eventually and will go find some. GOOD LUCK..

Nothing is better than good ol' cat food. If you cant get to the store, give it a can of tuna. But please make sure it isnt stuck anywhere in your garage.

any kind of meat (cat food is better), but please try to make sure the cat is not trapped in a small space somewhere, and provide water. Be careful ... antifreeze and other chemicals found in garages can kill small animals!
