All deeds are forgivable. The thing about not forgiving people is that the only one it tears up is the person who won't forgive. It rarely does anything at all to the offender.

Something to remember is that forgiving is not at all letting the offender off. Forgiveness means that you are not going to take revenge on them for what they have done. In Christian terms, forgiveness means you are choosing to let God deal with the person instead of trying to get revenge on your own. In a lot of ways, forgiving someone is saying, "No matter what you did to me, I refuse to you have any more hold on me. I am freeing myself from you."

You may want to add some details. Forgiveness comes from the people in your life, or if you need forgiveness from God, then perhaps the rituals of your faith will help provide you some comfort. In general, anything can be forgiven if the person you've harmed is open to finding the kindness in their heart to do so.

that would depend on what YOU believe, your values! of course. there is not one set of values that is right for everybody. a lot of it is common sense. give it some more thought, and you will realize this on your own.
