Try boiled peanuts for a change. They are great!
Bring a big pot of water to boil. Throw in the raw peanuts and simmer them with the lid on for about 1 hour. Salt the water to taste and simmer at least another 2 hours. They are done when a shelled peanut is soft to the tooth and have a creamy texture. Drain them and dig in! Great warm and good cold too.

You can oil-roast (deep fry) in 350 degree peanut oil for 10 minutes, you can dry-roast in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or you can boil them for 20-30 minutes.

Spread peanuts on a cookie sheet (with 4 sides to prevent them from falling). Set oven at 375 degrees and roast for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden. Be careful not to burn them. They are delicious

You should boil the peanuts for about 5 minutes in highly salted water, then roast at 350 degrees for a few minutes, shaking the pan and being sure not to burn the nuts!

Boiled peanuts are the best! I don't literally boil them though. I put them in a crock pot, with a small palm full of seasalt and let them cook on low for about 3-4 hours. Amazing beach snack!

Roast them in the oven for about 10 minutes. Be careful though and watch them, when you smell peanuts, they're all ready burned.
