Take some time and do some research, the links already provided are pretty good. Though I don't think you will find a coven willing to take in anyone under 18 for various legal reasons. As a minor, your parents have the right to make the decisions regarding religious belief (it sucks, but welcome to America), and no one wants to be in the middle of a lawsuit.
And to all the Christian nutcases...
I say this YET AGAIN! We have nothing to do with YOUR DEVIL! He is your concept, not ours. The old Pagan religions NEVER had a deity such as "Satan". He's all yours, we don't want him.
We believe in taking responsibility for our actions, not blaming some imaginary scapegoat.
We do have ethics, namely the Wicca Rede, "harm none and do as ye will". This has worked fairly well, since no one has declared war in the name of the Goddess.
We are normal people who just want to worship the God and Goddess and be left in peace (which is our RIGHT under the first amendment to the constitution, look it up!)

You can check http://www.witchvox.com to see if there are others in your area, but most established covens are not going to let in minors, and then they are going to require you to do a bit more studying if you are really new. Most go by tradition, which says a new potentional member must study for a year and a day. My own coven for instance requires you to study for a long time in your path whatever it maybe (we're Eclectic Neopagan, not exactly Wiccan) and then you have to be 21 or over to join. Be aware also that since you are so young a lot of covens and teachers won't touch you with a 10 foot pole unless they have permission from your parents or guardians to teach you.
Since you are new I would suggest practicing solitary for awhile first. Read and study more, do some rituals, and if you are still in it after a few years of studying and practicing then go out and find others. http://wicca.timerift.net is a good place to start with studying more, and they have a booklist there that I strongly recommend checking out. But yes you might have to wait till you're older to join any group.

An "on line coven" isn't nicely well worth the paper it rather is not revealed on. stumble on a keep close to you which will grant you actual gaining information of, and you'd be each and all of the happier for it. in case you're too youthful, locate some sturdy web content and books, and once you are the right age THEN look into transforming into a member of a actual coven.

Some will let you join with parents permission, but most will not. However, you can go to http://www.witchvox.com/ and click on your state and they will give you a list of some covens, along with some teen ones if I am not mistaken. They may only be online, though. Hope that helps!!!! Blessed Be!!!!

Most reputable covens do not accept members under the age of 18. I suggest you learn all you can about Wicca before seeking out a coven. At 13 you may want to explore a variety of religions to see what path would best suit you.http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm

Do you really know what Wiccaan is- sounds romantic being one with the earth, gathering herbs to make into potions to cure ills and to use in casting spells and getting together with other wiccans and socializing But the master of Wiccans is not the earth-how can it be for it has no consciousness but Satan. I wish you would research it better before you get into something that has the potential to be very dangerous for you for those forces are very powerful-too powerul for a 13yr old to dabble in. I suggest you wait until you get older for a coven will not acept you until you are 18. Be happy and blessed by God.

I know there are other Christians on here, and Jesus said where two or more are gathered in my name, there shall I be also. So someone join me in prayer. Our heavenly Father, thank you for your love and mercy, and for the holy spirit which guides us. In the name of Jesus, protect this young man, his young heart and mind. Though he is of the age of attonement I don't know if he knows what he's asking for, Father. Today I ask that you allow someone to reach this child, and to guide him to a better path, instead of the path of destruction. In Jesus name, Amen. Thank you, Father.
