Don't ever do anything to your body for a guy...because even if you get him with it, he'll continue to expect you to do things FOR him while your with him.

Don't go for it. When a guy only looks at things on the outside vs. the great qualities you have on the inside, he isn't worth even thinking about. You can look hott and sexy without changing everything for him. But, if you want to go on a diet for you, then it is fine to do so!

Like others have said, once you start doing things "for him", he'll continue to expect it from you and never appreciate you.
Be yourself, if no one can appreciate that, then they are not worth YOUR time.

i guess you could do it for the both of you... i mean if it takes a guy to motivate you to be in shape then heck why not.. trust me billions are looking for the tiny-est motivation... as well as its not wrong to please a guy while you're at it... big deal... hope things work out for the best..
