you don't hate the person. you are just angry with him for it. it takes lots of energy and time to hate someone.

Telling some one that you hate them is deep ! I HATE YOU are some powerful words... If I was to tell some one that I hate them I would really really mean it.. It sounds like you cared and this person did some thing to you that really hurted your feelings.If some one told me that they hated me hell yeah I would feel hurt if i cared about this person,but if I did not care for the person well then of course the feeling would be the same ..

No, it doesn't necessarily mean that. It just means you hate that person. I hate a lot of people who I have never cared about. You can go from caring to hate just as easily as from indifferent to hate.

No just means that what ever level you did hold that person at has significantly dropped.
Theres this girl who used to bully me at school, i never really cared for her but i sure ended up hating her
