I figure it has a double meaning saying this. Specially when people say that phrase form the song, "my milksahke brings all the boys to the yard". What does this means?

I believe you mean double entendre, double meaning, or slang.

See definition for "milkshake":
milkshake

1) noun - A drink consisting of milk and Icecream.
2) slang - A woman's body and the way she carries it.

1) Chocolate flavored milkshakes taste so good, they really quinch my thirst.
2) Ahh shoot cuz, did you see that chick's milkshake? I mean, the way she was walking with that booty shakin' was so off the hizzy.

If there wasn't a double commonplace, i'd say "I ****ed your mom", too. human beings's moms are continuously held to a slighter more effective element than their fathers (it really is likewise a double commonplace in this is own precise).

1. Not "double standard", but "double entendre".

2. Who knows what it's supposed to mean, but you can be sure it's not very nice.

I would say it's referring to the shaking of the "boobs"...

As I'm reading this, I'm watching "Dodgeball" and that song was on. How weird.

My best guess is it's a breast reference, like breastmilk? I dunno.
