crunches, crunches and more crunches....
make sure to hold your stomach in while doing
the muscles in your stomach conform to the way you hold them when working out i.e. if you hold them in they will form "in"
if you hold or push them out...they will start sticking out no matter how much you work them
you can also work your abs every day unlike the other muscles in your body

tons of crunches...in 6 wks you will see a definite change

eat like a rabbit, leafy vegtables and very little lean meats

ab lounger.. i hear it works real good. You could eat yogurt and dairy and stuff to. I hear that works to.
