I want highlights in my hair it is dark black and my skin color is caramel, what color highlight should I get

probably a dark carmel color to go with your skin, nothing to light or it will look fake :o)

Don't please. If you want different hair, fine, dye it, but if you have black hair, almost all highlights will look ridiculous. If the hair dresser just used a bleach solution, to get blonde highlights, you will look like you have stripes, and if you pull your hair back in a pony tail, you will get the skunk stripe look. You really can't get normal looking highlights in black hair.

Get something like turquoise. Its the trendiest fall color.
