Just ask him out. Invite him to a movie or to eat or something like that.

he is probably on answers asking how to ask u out.
i hear this question often and i have an idea.
next time u see him and r close say casualy "i like to go to the movies" if no response ask do u? ask him what new movie he wants to see, tell him u would love to see that also. this way u aren't asking him, but u r letting him know u r open to a date.
don't get me wrong he might not get it rt away, well cause we r guys, but keep throwing little hints out.
if nothing else movies r a great topic there r so many ways to keep the conversation going until u can find another topic. this will give u a chance to break the ice.

I am not sure I understand. How about just encouraging him? Just go over and make converstation. When a guy stares at me I introduce myself and make him deal with me if I like him. If not I ignore him. One guy used to stare at me all the time. I had a BF so I ignored him. Then things went sour with the BF, so I asked him if he liked a certain sport team in our town. He said yes and asked if I was a season ticked holder. I said yes and we started going out. He started going to the Basket ball games together and he started taking me to movies and dinner. We dated for a long time. Just encourage him if you are interested and he seems interested. Make him deal with you.

People should just ask other people out. Get to know them a little bit first so that the conversation flows a bit. The worst that can possibly happen in any situation is that they say 'no'. So, 'Go For It'.

try something like "hey, there's this concert/movie/whatever and I'm going, want to come along?"

Don't call it a date.

Basically, you're giving him an "out" in case he's not interested but if he says yes and keeps saying yes then pretty soon you're kinda "official"

That's how my first GF got me....

Just bite the bullet and ask him. If he says no it doesn't sound
like you would be losing much.
