My older brother is getting married and i don't want him to forget about me.What do i do?

You can go for straight forward approach and just sit down and talk about your being 'left behind'. I like the other option, write him a letter stating how you feel and what you are concerned about. Do not come across as judgmental, but just concerned that you don't want to be forgotten. But you need to also realize if he is getting married he probably has very little free time right now. If he has been a good brother I am sure that he will continue to be one. Even if he moves away, you can still always write him, or call when it is not to expensive. Good luck.

Honey, he's your brother, you are family. Just because he's growing up, getting married, and moving on, doesn't mean he's leaving you behind. When you get to his age, you'll understand how this works a little better. For right now, relax, you are a sibling, he's not going to forget you!

He might be a 'little' preoccupied with the honeymoon and then being a newlywed. Things should get back to normal after they are settled in their home and have a routine. Be patient. I have 3 brothers. We talk on the phone and socialize at BBQ's and parties and just visits. Always siblings!!!!! m

don't worry your brother would never forget about you just because he is getting married he still has enough love for you too. you will always be his sister.

Seems we have a little sibling crisis.My little sister went through the same thing as you when I got married.Believe me,He loves you.But...It wont be the same anymore.He has a wife now,you have to grow up a little now,It will be hard but you will adapt.Keep your chin up!! You may have some little nieces and nephews here shortly!!

He's not going to forget about you, that's silly. He will still love you as much as he did before, he's just not going to spend as much time with you. Talk to him and you two can set aside some time for you to spend together on a regular basis.
