My favorite is after the water is drained to add half the seasoning packet-chicken-and a slice of american cheese and about a tablespoon of sour cream. Wait till cheese melts and mix.
I also like to add an egg to the water while the noodles are cooking and mix that in sometimes. Chopped tomato is good
Add the noodles to any chinese soup you make.
Add broccoli and cheese to the drained noodles.
Mix the noodles with cream of chicken soup and pieces of chicken and green onion.
The possibilities are endless.

make the soup and drain the broth..add a little bit of italian dressing or a vinegrette dressing (bout 1/8 to 1/4 cup, depending on how much flavor you want) and some small slivers of red pepper..i would say about 1/4 cup...mix it all together and refridgerate...it makes for a nice cold pasta salad..

If you mean RAMEN---
Cook some burger or chicken and throw the meat into drained cooked ramen noodles with veggies of your choice. You are only limited by your imagination!!
Break them up and add to stir-fry or chop suey instead of serving with rice.

My daughter loves it this way. She takes a wooden spoon and crushes the noodles uncooked. Then she sprinkles the seasoning on the noodles. She and her friends then munch on the dry mixture. It's a great snack she says. You should try it.
