I think they qualify for the sickest large religion in history. We expect nothing but trouble from them, and they hide their terrorists, even those "peaceful" ones.

Niether. Now to all the anti-islam bigots, Christianity has a FAR bloodier history than Islam does. Yes, the wars are being fought in the Middle East, but they were caused by a psychotic twit of an American President who claims to be a "Christian". If ANY religion is an "obstacle" to peace it has to be Christianity by far. The real obstacle is Capitalism, the real solution is Socialism.

Do you believe Islam to be one united religion? It is very much fragmented into sects or "denominations" just as Christianity has been. Moreover, any group which falls into the trap called "cult of personality" can easily find itself being led astray, and can also become an obstacle for not only themselves, but everyone else's peaceful existence as well. Once the majority of the Muslim world (individuals and governments) accept that they will some day be taken over by extremists, too-------they will be the solution to the problem. Islam is not a religion of extremists, but of peace. It must be thru the strong support of the whole world, Muslim and non-Muslim, that peace will come. But, they must join the fight to get this done.

Yes once you get rid of the people like the Al-Qaida and the Taliban and other radicals who turn the word islam into the wrong meaning! Although islam is know to be the best religon for peace in any way!

muslims have lived in peace for centuries.so problem today is not islam its driven by the politics and countries imposing wars on other countries for the sake of global dominance and presenting islam as trouble in their (free media???)which is owned by certain group.

Islam is evidence that no matter how good humans claim something to be, those same humans can screw up so bad that it becomes awful and hated.
It is also evidence that man-made rules can make even the most "revered" God look quite lame. Imbecilic even.
And the best part is, for those who "defend their God", they make it look like their God is defenceless without man.
Irony is the best humour when it comes to Islam.
