There is an excellent grammar of Moroccan Arabic that was published by Georgetown Press several years ago. It is quite common in the larger university libraries.

Moroccan Arabic is heavily influenced by French, and is different than each other Arabic dialect.
The most popular study guides in the USA for Arabic are for Egyptian Arabic. I highly doubt you're going to find any guides for learning the Moroccan dialect, but the basics of Arabic are the same cross the board.

Iwould suggest going to barnes and noble or borders and picking up a cd learning kit. It might average around 30-40 dollars, but it'll help.
