so when do you start and end folling the sabbath (saturday)?

I start friday at sunset, and end saturday (sabbath) at sunset.

The Sabbath of the LAW, was started on Friday, when the priest held up a white and a black hair from a sheep to the horizon.
When he could no longer tell the difference between the hairs, it began.
On Saturday eve, the priest would do it again to end the Sabbath!

i do this the time varies to each week and you end an hour later the next day then you start
