I won't go public to complain against the hotel unless the problem/s cannot be resolved.

I had one very bad experience with a reptuable 5-star hotel in Myanmar some years back.

What I did was to talk to the Manager there, and the problem was resolved, with actions taken, within an hour.

Apologies were made.
