My cat is spayed. When we came back from vacation she was very sore near her hind-end. Now I am noticing she suddenly gained quite a bit of food. We may be over feeding her slightly but it isn't that much. I have noticed that when our neighbor left, she left her cat and I don't think he was neutered. Is there any possibility she wasn't spayed quite right? Could she be pregnant or should I just put her on a diet?
