...Ok, here's simple biology.
Two humans spawn another human. That's the only thing they can spawn.
Bird make birds. Cats make cats. Etc.
If Jesus is the SON, i.e. the OFFSPRING, of God...... what do you think that makes him?!?

How come Atheist have such a hard time constructing sentences which make sense, and spelling words properly. It makes you wonder what they use their extreme intelligence for.
Jesus was God. In John 1:1 which you mentioned: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God.
As far as the Acts verses, try reading the verses before and after the one you mentioned, and it's clear the Jesus is God.
Jesus is the second person of the Trinity.

Are you asking if Jesus was God? If so this question is a very good one and deserves a careful study of the Scriptures in order to answer. My advise is to pray to God and ask Him to reveal this to you. You will still need to look into the matter though; look for someone that you think could help you find the answer. You are right though, Jesus never claimed to be God, in fact he always gave credit to his Father (that being God of course) when he miraculously cured or raised someone from the dead. I won't tell you what I think though, instead I would like for you to find out on your own with someone who can show you from the Bible. This is a serious subject and not something that can be answered on a blog.

Tit 2:13 That’s how we should live as we wait for the blessed hope God has given us. We are waiting for Jesus Christ to appear in all his glory. He is our great God and Savior.
... Jesus is identified as deity many places in scripture.
Interesting mistranslation you have there of Numbers 23:19.
Try "God isn’t a mere man. He can’t lie. He isn’t a human being. He doesn’t change his mind. He speaks, and then he acts. He makes a promise, and then he keeps it. 20 He has commanded me to bless Israel. He has given them his blessing. And I can’t change it."
This statement does not prohibit or forbid God taking human form. It is simply a fact at that time.

Jesus is not son of God.
Read below.
https://robinhl.com/2011/11/06/jesus-son-of-pantera/
Jesus is a bastard son from a roman soldier named Pandera who got prostitute Mary pregnant. Mary isn't holy as you think she is. She is known as a prostitute in Israel. That is why Israelites do not worship Jesus. I write this so christians who the man they are worshipping.
Israelites recorded Jesus parentage in their Talmud.
The New Testament is not from the Israelites but Greeks and Romans who formed the Catholic church.
