wait five years, when you're 18, and he is 22. Until then, NOT OK.

Technically - Legally - it is Ok. But what's wrong with a 17 year old guy when all he can get is a 13 year old girl? As soon as he turns 18, you're jail bait.
I say, if its meant to be, then you can both wait 5 years. By then, I'm sure you would have matured enough to realize, the guy is bad news.
In other words, no, it's probably not OK.

I would have to say no. Simply depending on his bday he will be 18 and then he would be dating a minor....which by legal standards are a no no. In setting these laws we are simply trying to set some sort of standard to protect minors..
I think it best at 13 to date someone a bit closer to age...if you must date at all!

At 13 , you shouldn't be going out with anybody as in dating..There could be legal problems if you do

Why would a seventeen year old be dating a thirteen year old? he has plans for you and if your a respectable young lady, you won't like it. if your not a respectable young lady maybe you should take a minute and ask yourself why....mmh
