Whats up with this girl?

Question

I met this girl where she works, we talked more and more over a period of 3 weeks. She even initated the conversations sometimes. I asked her for her cell phone number, because she is going to a nearby college soon and she gave it to me. A few days later again in person, I asked her to go out the next day and she ok, call me tomorrow at 1 pm. I called her and she won't answer, just get her voice mail, won't call me back. What's up with this, I mean why give me her real cell phone number, why even talk to me, why tell me her full name, agree to go out, then just ignore me?

My guess is she was actually unavailable, but she should of still called you back, unless she was somewhere or with someone that she couldn't return your call.. Give it time.. Don't rush.. It might be she is nervous or something.. Don't give up yet. ok.. If she doesn' t call you back in a few days, then call her again. If you get the voice mail again, I would leave a nice to the point message to let her know you wanted to see what was up, and why she nevered returned your call, and tell her to return your call please so you know whats up!!!!!!!!!! 1. she got really busy with work after she gave you the number

2. she got really busy with school after she gave you the number

3. shes got a Boyfriend

4. you caught her off-guard and she meant to give you a fake #

5. Either way if you have left her a voice mail then send her a text message in case any combination of the above are true AND she doesn't check her VM on the reg and not just the phone number type text, tell her its you. If she doesn't respond FORGET HER YOU DON'T NEED HER ANYWAY"

IN MY OPINION SHE MAY BE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING, MAYBE SHE JUST GOT OUT OF A RELATIONSHIP AND THOUGHT THAT SHE WAS READY TO DATE AGAIN.(SHE MIGHT NOT BE READY). at the same time as it comprises adult adult males, what fairly receives my interest is the middle, ya comprehend him being all sweet and ****. making positive his lady is okay and smiling. Little issues to love basically assembly me at artwork, saying sensible issues, making me snort. adult adult males with style, it quite is the major.
