Well years ago when I delivered pizzas it's because while I was otw to the houses I was getting high myself so my driving slowed down a bit. 420.

The pizza shop has a special meter that can tell from your voice how high you are. Then they relay that information to the pizza driver, who takes his sweet time delivering the pizza to you.
