It might be nail fungus. Go to a doctor or podiatrist for a firm diagnosis.

If you must treat it at home, you need an anti-fungal cream or liquid. The naturalistic book I am reading says tea-tree oil, or oil of oregano. It takes about 6 months. Start now.

Also eat plain yogurt about 3 times a week, The acidophilus bacteria in the yogurt neutralizes yeast from the inside out.

This is also the same fungus that results in jock itch, athlete's foot, thrush (white tongue), vaginitis (in women), ringworm and other skin rashes. It is the Candida Albicans fungus (yeast).

For basic information on the systemic yeast syndrome, check out the link on the Welcome page of www.hufa.org.

If you are unsure and concerned at all, you should go see a doctor. Your health is nothing to play around with, especially something that is growing on/under your skin. I hope everything turns out okay.

Did you hit your toe? You should see a physician because it could be a lack of circulation that is causing the tissue to become necrotic (dead).

If you are diabetic seek medical attention immediately. It could be gangrene. Good luck

Go to a doctor ASAP. I have no idea what's wrong but if it's growing and you now have two, I'd see a doctor.
